Privacy policy

This page explains what we do with the details you send us. The owner reviews and finishes it before the site goes live.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in a form or text. We also see ordinary visit data, like the pages you open.

How we use it

To answer you, to set up a walk-through and to write an estimate. We don't sell your details.

Photos you text us

A photo you text us goes to the firm's own phone. We use it to prepare for the walk-through and keep it with your estimate.

Your water account

We never need your water account number. Keep it for your own rebate application.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete what we hold by calling or writing to the address in the footer.
